1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Banbury is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Banbury, United Kingdom, under GPhC registration number 9012511. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medicine services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, honest, and complete information during your consultation. Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who may become pregnant.

We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that a treatment is not appropriate for you. A prescription can only be issued following a satisfactory clinical assessment by one of our pharmacist prescribers.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Banbury are issued following an individual assessment by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the prescriber and are valid only for the individual named.

You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medication to another person. Providing false or misleading information to obtain a prescription is illegal and may result in your account being suspended and appropriate authorities being notified.

All prescriptions and clinical records are retained securely in accordance with UK pharmaceutical and data protection regulations.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist prescriber, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be subject to variation due to courier services, bank holidays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and approved by our prescriber. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or by email.

Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and the legal requirements governing their return. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Your data is used solely for the purposes of providing our pharmacy services. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law or for the direct provision of your treatment.
